Do note that reasons for exchange must comply with the guidelines provided under Additional Information and Colour Disclaimer. 3) Items cannot be exchanged on grounds of colour, design and size choice for any product, as ordering through the website is a voluntary confirmation of the colour, design and size. 4) Items cannot be exchanged on the grounds of Shipping & Handling Method and Cost, as ordering through the website is a voluntary confirmation of the Shipment Method and Cost. 5) Wear and tear items are non-exchangeable. 6) Items that are exchanged must be returned in the original packaging inclusive of all tags. 7) Shipping & Handling Method can be discussed once Exchange of items is approved by PAVANA LIFESTYLES. Shipping Charges during exchange will be borne by the customer. 8) New items will only be shipped to the customer, once original items are received by PAVANA LIFESTYLES and have passed though our Quality Control Department. Made-to-order and Wholesale - Exchange There is no exchange for wholesale items, as these are subjected to sampling processes prior to confirmation. Made-to-order items that are not considered wholesale are subject to an approval procedure prior to shipping, thus such items are non-exchangeable.
